Mumbai Police joins The Family Man Meme Fest on Instagram

Chellam Sir, the star of Amazon Prime’s newest show The Family Man 2, has become an Internet sensation, and everybody wants to know what he knows. The Mumbai Police Department is the latest to join the meme frenzy surrounding The Family Man 2 by devoting a post to him.

Following the release of The Family Man 2, not only Srikant and JK, but also Chellam Sir, has been the subject of hundreds of thousands of memes and jokes. Everyone wants to get their information from him now that he’s become an Internet sensation. By dedicating a post to Chellam Sir, Mumbai Police has become the latest to join The Family Man 2 meme fest.

The Mumbai police department used the popularity of the show to post a photo of the actor with a funny conversation. A photo of “Chellam Sir,” a hugely popular character from the show’s most recent season, holding a cellphone appears in the post. “Chellam Sir, where can I find chillum?” someone inquires. “Dial 100 for COD (Cops on Delivery),” he responds with a wacky response.

In response to the tweet, Raj and DK, the show’s creators, left a comment on the post, writing: “It’s fantastic! I adore your sense of humor!”

“The Family Man,” a multilingual action thriller starring Manoj Bajpayee and available on Amazon Prime Video, follows the exploits of a terrorism investigation agency official balancing his high-risk job with family responsibilities.

The first season of the show launched in 2019, and the second season premiered on June 4 to acclaim, with fans exchanging memes from the show.

Actor Udayabhanu Maheshwaran plays a retired top intelligence officer named “Chellam Sir,” who assists Srikant Tiwari, played by Manoj Bajpayee when there is a downturn during their expedition.
