From China to Noida: Samsung shifts display manufacturing unit from China to UP’s Noida

Samsung has completed the construction of its display manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which was relocated from China.

Samsung’s delegation stated that they have decided to relocate the unit to India due to a better industrial environment and investor-friendly policies.

The delegation stated that the construction work demonstrates the delegation’s commitment to India and its goal of making Uttar Pradesh a manufacturing hub.





Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, said during the meeting with the delegation that Samsung’s Noida factory is a perfect example of the ‘Make in India’ program’s success, and that this will help the state’s youth get better employment opportunities.
